Here is a mixed media piece called Heavenly Vision

 This was a mixed media piece I made after a mission
trip to Haiti October 2009-the image of the girl was
one of the children I photographed there. 

When Did We See You Hungry?  (20"x16")

 Is the name of the piece. It was a life changing trip-you can't
even begin to imagine how most of the people live in a poor,
third world country until you actually go there and see for yourself.

 This is another piece I did for Haiti called Pray for Haiti (20"x16")

I did do both of these Haiti pieces after the earthquake in January 2010

Here is a small fiber art piece called Poppy (9"x12")

It has quilting techniques, applique, embroidery and beadwork

I have forgotten to mention about the shop Posters of Santa Fe. 

I have my giclees, note cards, mixed media crosses in that shop

It is located in downtown Santa Fe-111 E. Palace Ave. 

next to The Shed Restaurant. So if you are in the area,

This is my newest art quilt

Tent Rocks, NM

I took a photograph of a rock formation
in the slot canyon part of the canyon trail hike. 

Hopefully this quilt will be on display next spring

in the Capital Building in Santa Fe in the

Rotunda. They are having an art quilt exhibit in

spring of 2011

Sorry about the lag in posting anything. I will upload some new art soon-I promise-Do check out my new links -Santa Fe Studio Tour coming up in November-13th and 14th with our preview party on Friday November 12th from 5-7:30 at the Lodge in Santa Fe-750 North St Francis Dr. Come if you can. Also coming up in November is an Art Quilt exhibition at the Community Gallery right next to the Santa Fe Convention Center. Our opening for that is December 3 Friday from 5-7 I think. I will have an art quilt piece in that.
My Etsy Shop has some art cards and giclee prints of oil paintings and colored pencil drawings of birds and cats.
